I'm not in Texas. Will it work for me? Yes. The Google steps are the same everywhere. The Texas parts (seasonal timing, the plumbing board license search, backflow tester lists) are easy to swap for your state.
Do I need to be good with computers? If you can log in to Google and copy and paste, you can do this. Everything happens inside your Business Profile.
